Details which we need for processing architectonic proposal and a price offer for your kitchen are:
- space ground plan in quota for placing the kitchen including the opening (windows, doors)
- high of window parapet and of doors – plan of the overall high of the room
- current placement – drain, water, gas – ground plan, plan
- opening of the space for exhauster connection – ground plan, plan, space diameter
- current distribution of electric plugs – plan
- placement of heating element – radiator – ground plan, plan
- material and color of floor covering
Price
1/ Orientational calculation of kitchen excluding appliances based on materials provided by customer: 500CZK
2/ Kitchen space measurement in the place of customer address including the costs of architect transport: 1,500CZK
3/ Architect's proposal including dispositional, material and color solution of the kitchen unit including the layout and choice of the concrete types of appliances in 3D program, well-designed ground plan, outline and visualization of kitchen unit and final calculation of total price: 3,500CZK
4/ Well-designed plans of electric supply, water supplies and drain, exhaustion and other constructions / plasterboards, supporting constructions, etc./ that are related to kitchen unit and are essencial before the kitchen assembly initiation: 3,000CZK
In case the customer orders a kitchen and signs the "contract of work", the total amount is subtracted from the first retainer invoice.
